My First Army Rosters
I created my first lists for my 2 fantasy armies. I am going to invite my friend over so we can have a rematch this time with army lists in hand. This next time the Dwarves will not be so lucky.
Box Of Goodies
Weekends are great. They just make me want to sing. Yesterday I was fortunate enough to have some tea with a sculpture from Armorcast. Trying to get a better grasp on the business, he gave me an artist’s perspective on the miniature world. My generous friend left me with a box of goodies. I took some pictures of what was inside. Check the picture above for a closeup on the treasures within.
Mr. Lux created what has to be the coolest product in the Armorcast store. The Steam Dragon looks like it is a force to be reckoned with. I can just image a Chaos dwarf riding out on one of these monsters.

Dwarf Army
Over my last 2 lunch breaks as I sit and listen to Mark Driscolls words of exhortation I have been vigorously painting away. As you can see in the picture i have dry brushed most of my army silver. I am going for the simple look here so all I need to do now it go in and paint the face and weapon and I will be set. Please don’t play with unpainted models it takes all the fun out of the game.

Zelda Link’s Awakening Seaside Lulla
I was one of those geeks who played the old Links Awakening on the Old Brick Gameboys. That was a great game. I offer this song as a tribute. I had the one with a clear case so you could see what was going on on the inside. O ya I also played Pokemon red like there was no tomorrow. My young Brothers in Law 7 and 5 still play that game. Will it never die out?
First Real Game
I had my first real game of Warhammer Fantasy. Unfortunately, it was not with my wife =( . It was however with a good friend from back in the day; fellow starcraft enthusiast (Shane). Once I taught him the way of the Protoss, now I show him the might of the Dwarfs. It was really fun showing him the basics of the game. When all was said and done it was a Dwarf Victory VS the puny Goblins.
Easy Painting Tips
I will show you how to paint a Dwarf warrior in under 10 minutes. Let me know what you think. Do you have any suggestions?

Video Game Music
I thought I would give you something to listen to while you read and checkout the pictures. I am a huge fan of video game music. I will be posting tracks that I really like every now and then. Let me know if you like the tracks I am putting up.
Color Testing Dwarfs
I have started testing colors on the Dwarf army. I am still not sure what I would like them to look like. I am learning how to paint hair. I think I have armor down; at least the easy way of doing it. Let me know what you guys think of the samples. Some suggestions would also be nice.
I created a simple pinning video for you guys. This was how I always thought was the best way to do it. Let me know if you have a better method.
Hello Warhammer People!!!
Hello everyone! I’m the wife of the warhammer freak. Is warhammer freak PC to say? I’d like to start out by saying I love my husband. I’m a Special Education Teacher at a Junior High School. I love teaching and I absolutely LOVE my students. My husband has been amazing at always showing interest in my kids, how they’re doing, what I’m teaching, how my IEP (Individual Education Plan) meeting went, so on and so forth? He knows all the acronyms, he knows all my teacher friends, although he hasn’t formally met most of them. But he’s a part of my teaching which is a huge part of my life. So with that being said, when my husband asked me to be a part of this Warhammer Blog I said yes out of obligation. He’s my husband. I love him. How could I say no? But the goblins? The skulls? The swords? The big scary spider guys? They’re freaky! It’s dark! And then there’s the game playing! The pulling out of the tape measure, the attacks. Then there’s the roll to hit, the roll to wound, and oh, let’s not forget the armour saves. Oh my gosh, can we say confusing??? What is it about this game that intrigues everyone?!?! My husband taught me how to play chess about a month back and I love it! He says chess is just a small stepping stone to what is warhammer. Again, I love my husband and I really would LOVE to be interested and be a part of what he is interested in. So if there’s anyone out there that can help me out with this, that would be wonderful! And also, do YOUR wives or girlfriends play with you? Is this only a MALE thing????
Warboss
Today I spent some time painting my Warboss. I am finding that painting is getting easier as I do it more and more. I want to start painting my Dwarves but am still not sure about color scheme for them. Let me know what you guys think of the boss or if you have any suggestions on colors for Dwarves.
